Inner Light Meditation

Tip: For the smoothest listening, especially for sleep, download the file to your phone first, as streaming can stop when your screen locks. Tap the link, then the three dots and choose Download (on iPhone, choose Save to Files). On a computer, click the download arrow at the top right.

Choosing your ending

Daytime ending: brings you back to an awakened, refreshed state, ready to carry on with your day.

Evening ending: guides you into deeper relaxation or sleep. There will be 15 minutes of guidance followed by 15 minutes of gentle music. This version will not wake you at the end. The audio finishes gently, and you may stay asleep long after it stops. Please don’t use it if you need to be alert afterwards, and set an alarm if you have somewhere to be.

Before you listen

Find somewhere safe and comfortable where you won’t be disturbed.

Never listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Don’t listen in the bath, shower, or near water.

If you’re using headphones to fall asleep, choose a comfortable pair and keep the volume low.

You’re always in control. If anything feels uncomfortable, open your eyes, pause or stop the recording, and return to it another time if you wish.
